I went through it all, downloaded everything, and it was all good until I got to the actual desktop, where I noticed that I wouldn't have all the Alienware software anymore, now that I just have the Windows 7 software. Unfortunately, there didn't seem to be a factory image available, but I noticed that I had a CD for Windows 7, Alienware so I decided to put it in and start the installation.
I thought hey, I do the same thing on my other computers, I'll just turn it back to the factory image. So, I was noticing that after a couple months of wear and tear on my Alienware, it had started to run a little bit slower than when I had originally purchased it.
